Boyi FENG
Born in Beijing in 1960.He is an independent curator and art critic. From 2007 to 2017, he served concurrently as Artistic Director of the He Xiangning Art Museum, and from 2012 to 2014, as Artistic Director of the Suzhou Jinji Lake Art Museum. He was twice awarded "Curator of the Year" by the Art Power 100 in 2010 and 2016, and received the 12th Award of Art China "Curator of the Year" award in both 2017 and 2018. His work focuses on marginal, alternative artists and groups, as well as the living and creative conditions of the younger generation. Bo ZHOU
Bo ZHOU is a professor and doctoral advisor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. He is a design scholar and curator whose research focuses on design history and theory, as well as visual culture. He has authored five monographs, including “Fracture and Continuity: Research on the History of Chinese Modern Design”, “Humane Dwelling: Criticism on Chinese Contemporary Design”, and “Modern Design and Ethical Thinking” . Yuxiang DAI, born in 1965 in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, is a professor and Director of the Department of Ceramics at the School of Crafts, China Academy of Art, where he also serves as a doctoral advisor. As a member of the International Academy of Ceramics (IAC) and the China Artists Association's Ceramic Art Committee, he has served on the judging panels of various major competitions and events, including the Ceramic Section of the 13th and 14th National Art Exhibitions, the National Ceramic Art and Design Innovation Competition and China Ceramic Art Exhibition, and the 7th Masters of Chinese Arts and Crafts Selection. He has also served as an expert consultant for the G20 Hangzhou Summit Art Advisory Committee, the Academic Degrees Center of the Ministry of Education, and the National Social Science Fund of China. Yanfeng LI
Yanfeng LI has extensive experience across contemporary art, craft, and cultural innovation. Hugo Macdonald is a critic and curator based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Formerly the design editor of Monocle and brand director of Ilse Crawford’s design studio, today he is Wallpaper* magazine’s design critic. Linghao ZHANG is President of Nanjing University of the Arts, where he also serves as a professor and doctoral advisor. He is a leading scholar recognized by the National High-level Talents Program in philosophy and social sciences, a Young Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, and a recipient of the Ministry’s New Century Excellent Talents award. He previously served as Vice President and Zhishan Distinguished Professor at Jiangnan University. Yann Fabès
Yann Fabès has been appointed Director of the Department of Creation and Production at the Public Establishment Cité de la Céramique - Sèvres and Limoges. A graduate of an art school, Yann Fabès is a visual artist. At the same time, he teaches 20th-century art history at Jean Monnet University and the Regional School of Fine Arts in Saint-Étienne as an artist. His work as a visual artist simultaneously questions photographic and pictorial practices, and is presented both in France and internationally. At the Cité de la Céramique - Sèvres and Limoges, Yann Fabès is committed to maintaining the quality of production at the Manufacture and its exceptional craftsmanship. He aims to further project Sèvres onto the international stage by renewing invitations for creation to promote the institution abroad. Together with the teams from the national museums' collections in Sèvres and Limoges, he will continue the heritage mission of the Manufacture to enhance and perpetuate the history of Sèvres. Through the rapprochement of the Cité de la Céramique - Sèvres and Limoges and the Mobilier national, Yann Fabès intends to implement an ambitious partnership policy: internally, between the various entities of the future unified institution, and beyond, with other establishments.

Stephen Knott
Stephen Knott is Director of the Crafts Study Centre (CSC), part of the University for the Creative Arts. He is a writer, researcher, and educator, specialising in modern and contemporary craft history and theory.A postdoctoral fellowship at the CSC in 2012-13 drew Stephen further into the breadth, eccentricity, complexity, and global roots of modern craft.
